Initial Fitting Guide
Refraction first
best-vision sphere with maximum plus, binocularly balanced; vertex-correct at +/-4.00D and above.

Keep the add design the same in both eyes where possible, and always push the plus at distance.
Troubleshooting - Poor Near
Add +0.25D, non-dominant eye first.
Troubleshooting - Poor Distance
Add -0.25D to the dominant eye. Distance enhancements are generally not needed with the HIGH design (decentred near-vision zone).
