This Privacy Policy explains how Eye Know O.D. Ltd., a Colorado limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates EyeKnow O.D. at eyeknowod.com (the “Site”), handles information about you. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies, so we do not display a cookie-consent banner. You can delete cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out.

The Site is intended for optometry students and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site is operated in and hosted from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have data-protection laws different from those in your location. The Site is intended for a U.S. audience and is not directed at individuals in the European Union or other regions with distinct data-protection regimes.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be made reasonably conspicuous.
