supraduction
Supraduction is the upward movement of one eye, produced by the superior rectus and inferior oblique muscles acting together. Both elevators are supplied by the oculomotor nerve (cranial nerve III).
The superior rectus elevates best with the eye abducted and the inferior oblique with the eye adducted.
