Design Notes
Optics
High-definition optics, which reduce halos and glare in low-light conditions.
Surface
Patented Dehydration Barrier, in which poloxamer 407 drives to the lens surface to lock in moisture and mimics the lipid layer of the tear film for a smooth optical surface.
Wetting agent
Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), the hydrophilic polymer that carries the lens water content, matching that of the cornea.
Note
Average non-invasive tear break-up time 18.9 seconds after 10 hours of wear, against 14.1 seconds for the next longest lens measured, in twelve subjects wearing one pair of lenses per day on 6 individual days.
