Sphere powers run -6.00D to +4.00D in 0.25D steps, with cylinders of -0.75D, -1.25D and -1.75D and axes 10° to 180° in 10° steps, a range covering about 90% of astigmatic presbyopes.

Start with a same-day spectacle Rx. Add +0.25D to the most plus vertex-corrected spherical equivalent Rx for each eye.
